A Lovely Year of Finishes 2013

Yes, I joined a quilting project finishing group (does that make sense?). The commitment is to finish a project and share it each month. You can start a new project but you MUST finish it, or finish an old one, but you must share the start, middle (optional) and end of each project and link it to Sew Bittersweet Designs I, of course have MANY projects to start and finish. For January, I will commit to starting and finishing an embroidered blanket, and 2 baby blankets. Did I mention that you are eligible for prize if you participate? Yippee! WISH ME LUCK!
P/S----notice that I fixed all the buttons on my sidebar and they actually link to my favorite sites (that was one of my New Year's Resolutions)!

Christmas-y Things

You might remember that I was making a Christmas Quilt (material-Winter Medley) for my sister Jackie, as she was hosting Christmas Eve. Well, it was very well received---I backed the quilt with "Maxine" fabric--she LOVES MAXINE!!!
Also got some YUMMY material in the mail---thank God I had ordered it before my fabric diet starts!!!
