Your PURPLE pineapple blocks are wonderful!! They fit right in with the Rainbow Scrap Challenge's Color of the Month. How many will you make??
I have a paper pieced project that has been sitting in a drawer for MANY years! Wanna come over and piece some of those? (Since you LOVE paper piecing... and I feel quite the opposite.)
Paper piecing is one of those things you can enjoy for a while. I once started a rainbow paper pieced pineapple quilt but only got two colors done. Maybe it will go on the list for next year?
My latest quilt I am making for the fair is a pineapple 12 inch, black background with pastel scraps and appliquéd border-I am having a blast making them! And HAND APPLIQUING THE BORDER FLOWERS LEAVES GRAPES AND VINES!
I've got SO many blue scrap quilts started, it's ridiculous! This purple started out as a 50th bday quilt for my sister (I have 6 sisters and 3 brothers and I make then quilts for 30, 40, 50th bdays...so far, no one's 60 yet!)
