12 in 2014

So, I have started a new challenge called "12 in 2014" . It is sponsored by 52weeks.com.The idea is you put your UFOs (UnFinished Objects) in a bag and you number the bags 1-12 (one for each month). Then a random number is picked and you must finish that quilt within that month!

And, yes, i do have 12 UFOs-half are just needing to be quilted, and half need to have piecing and quilting finished.

#1-Valentine's Quilt (just started this):

#2 Columbine Quilt (started for myself at least 3 years ago):

#3 Eric's quilt

#4 fun girlie quilt (for unknown girl):

#5-Maxine Quilt-recipient unknown:

#6 quilt started from scraps of another quilt:

#7- Quilt made for my nephew, Dylan's baby girl due january 9th!

#8-Quilt for a niece

#9-Quilt for unknown charity: made with material left over froma wedding quilt i made last year!

#10- Quilt for other niece

#11-Quilt made using the "Ten minute block" pattern-done, just needs quilting! Again recipient unknown! It's possible I will keep this and use it as a tablecloth for Thanksgiving dinner!

#12- I bought and cut out a quilt for Randi, and so did my friend, Sandy. We decided to go with her quilt! This left me with this one, which I will make for myself!

The first number (for January) is #7-so I will be finishing the ladybug quilt!

So that's the QUILTY plan for this year! This of course will be done around the quilts I make for gifts!

P/S-if I finish one of the quilts before it is picked, I will start a NEW project and put that one in place of the finished quilt!
